Big League Hamburger Pizza(by Kid Cuisine)

No TV dinner is beyond the scope of my review. This includes 'kiddie meals'. Surprisingly, this meal consisting of a hamburger pizza, apples in sauce, corn, and a fudge brownie could be viable as adult fare. With the exception of the apples in sauce which seemed watery, I found all items to be quite flavorful and delicious. The only real drawback of this meal is the size of the portions. Unless you have a child-size stomach, two of these meals will be needed to satisfy your appetite.

Quiche Florentine(by Nancy)

Since I had never experienced quiche Florentine before, I didn't really know what to expect from this meal. Although the thickness of the dish initially gave me some cause for concern I found that it cooks well in the microwave if the heating directions on the box are adhered to closely. The quiche is rich in flavor and texture which I can best describe as 'crumbly'. An interesting mix of Swiss cheese, spinach, and hints of nutmeg comprise the interior of this pie-like cuisine. It seemed a little dry but not dry enough to detract significantly from its savoriness. This is a meal that I intend to frequent in the future.
